Angry Cyclist Confronts Driver Before Calling Cops

Shocking video shows an angry cyclist confronting a driver. It started when Pierce Kempton passed the cyclist on his way to a skate park in Utah. The confrontation escalated when the 22-year-old driver tried to get out of his car and the cyclist blocked him. Then the cyclist, identified as Gary Peacock, called the police.
