Assistant DA Fired After Lashing Out at Uber Driver: ‘You Are an Idiot’

A tearful attorney is apologizing for the Uber meltdown that got her fired. Jody Warner lost it when an Uber driver asked her to get out of his car in Dallas, Texas, last Friday. “Ma'am, I ended the ride and I asked you politely to step out of the vehicle,” driver Shaun Platt told her in video of the incident. “No, you ended the ride not at my house. Do you think I’m going to get out on a f***ing side street?” she replied. Platt recorded the meltdown on his phone.
