Ballerinas 'En Pointe' Set World Record

Ballerinas from around the world gathered inside the Terrace Room at the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City. The 500 dancers donned pink leotards and practice tutus to see if this company could relevé into setting a new record for the most dancers en pointe for an entire minute at the same time. Going en pointe is a technique where a dancer balances on their toes in specially designed shoes. These youth dancers broke a record set in 2019.
