A snow tornado, also known as a 'gustnado,' has been caught on camera as it made its way through an Austrian village. 'Gustnados' are short-lived swirling winds that typically form on the edge of a heavy thunderstorm. This one looks like whirling smoke that looked like something right out of "The Wizard of Oz."
