It's quite possible a young boy in a wheelchair won Halloween. A non-profit called Magic Wheelchair turned Connor's wheelchair into a graveyard scene after he asked for a "creepy" costume. Another little girl's mom made her a costume that embraced her missing arm. And at hospitals across the country, babies celebrated the spooky season in style, dressing as superheroes and skeletons.
