With the $1,000 he made from selling his truck, Vincent Rodriguez intended to buy presents for underprivileged children in his old neighborhood. Unfortunately, Rodriguez accidentally lost the envelope containing the money before he had a chance to do so. When the California Highway Patrol heard about his story, officers gave Rodriguez $1,000 worth of Walmart gift cards that he can use for the present instead.
