‘Chimp Crazy’ Star Admits She Faked Chimp’s Death

America is going bananas over HBO’s new hit docuseries, “Chimp Crazy.” The series follows Tonia Haddix’s efforts at hiding Tonka the chimp from authorities after a judge ordered that the animal be turned over to an animal sanctuary. She hid Tonka in the basement of her home until the U.S. Marshals, acting on an anonymous tip, swarmed her home and seized Tonka. Haddix believes the filmmakers behind “Chimp Crazy” tipped off the authorities to create drama for the documentary. Inside Edition’s Lisa Guerrero has more.
