It's one woman's mission to give people that "fresh haircut" feeling, especially those who can't afford it. Felisha Ruehmer has traveled more than 1,700 miles in her RV to give haircuts to homeless people, gathering volunteers along the way. She created an organization called "Walking Tall" because she says a haircut can make a person feel so much better, especially if it's been a long time since they've had one.
