Couple Says Low IQs Cost Them Their Children

Amy and Eric love their two children, Christopher and Hunter, more than anything, but they claim to have lost custody of the boys, not because they were neglectful or violent, but because their IQs are too low. The Oregon couple was allegedly deemed incapable of caring for Christopher when he was a newborn. As part of the state's investigation, they said they were given IQ tests.
