Does This Footage Show a Ghost Hand Lifting Hearse's Handle?

Steve Wesson says it was a ghost that picked up the handle of a hearse, seen in spooky footage at the Haunted Museum in Nottingham. Wesson set up a camera that appears to show the antique's handle fly but stop before hitting the glass. It may have been a ghost like the one a woman claims she saw looking out from a mansion built in 1905. Or another a personal trainer says he was attacked by in a cave.
