Donald Trump Discovers Joe Biden's Parting Letter

President Trump discovered a letter left for him by Joe Biden while talking to reporters. The envelope was addressed to "47." It's a decades-old tradition that started with Ronald Reagan for the outgoing president to leave a letter for the new commander-in-chief. It happened as Trump was signing an avalanche of executive orders stacked on his desk in the Oval Office, which was redecorated to his liking. The switch took place after Biden and Trump left for the inauguration.
