What Is Going on With Twitter?

On Saturday, Twitter users were going about their usual business when some noticed error messages. Then the hashtags #Twitterdown and #RateLimitReached began trending. Musk revealed in a tweet that he had imposed limits on how many tweets can be read in a day. Tweet limits are determined by if the user is subscribed to Twitter Blue or not.
