Family of Kyle Plush Who Died in Minivan Rages at City Council Over Money Remark

A family's anger was on display at a Cincinnati city council meeting. Their son, 16-year-old Kyle Plush, was killed in a freak accident in the back of a minivan. The public discussion was designed to help the family learn why police could not locate their son after he placed two 911 calls.
