Family of Beloved Grandmother Who Died During Bahamas Ferry Accident Speaks Out
A beloved 75-year-old grandmother died on a sinking double-decker ferry in the Bahamas. Gayle Jarrett paid for the entire family to take a cruise to the Bahamas. They were on an excursion to Blue Lagoon Island when the ferry began sinking. Jarrett’s granddaughter, Kayla, says the captain told her he would take care of her grandmother. The family reluctantly left her behind. It would be the last time she would see her grandmother alive. The family has not yet been given a cause of death.
