Farming Tractor Leads Police on a Slow Speed Chase

Police chase a slow-moving farm tractor. It happened in Boone, North Carolina. Police say the suspect behind the wheel of the tractor was driving erratically in a parking lot and trying to hit people. The suspected driver also hit several cars, a dumpster and a church before hitting the road. Police tried to use stop sticks to bring the tractor to a halt but it didn’t work. The one officer shot at one of the tires. After driving for some time without a front tire, the driver eventually jumped out and he was arrested.
