It's the latest controversial police shooting. 22-year-old Stephon Clark was shot to death in his own backyard. All he had in his hand was a cellphone. We spoke to his grieving family, including his fiancee. Shocking images from a police helicopter were just released by Sacramento P.D. Police sent an aerial unit after a neighbor's call to 911. As the chopper tracked a suspect from above, two cops on the ground gave chase. Then one officer claimed he saw a weapon.
