This is the moment Cape Coral, Florida, officers found a father passed out behind the wheel. Police say 39-year-old Hector Negron was driving with his 7 and 8-year-old children. Both kids jumped out of the car after realizing their dad was unconscious. According to WINK, Negron was given Narcan to wake up. Once awake, he allegedly said he took a valium the night before and several kratom pills, a legal opiate alternate, that morning. Inside Edition Digital has more.
