Former High School Classmate Says Texas Church Shooter Was a Bully

A woman who says she knew the gunman in Sunday’s church massacre in Texas says she feared him. “He was just sick,” Victoria Fillmore told Inside Edition. She says 26-year-old Devin Kelley was a vicious high school bully. “He would make derogatory comments about me and my body. He would catcall me in the hallways, laugh at me. Sometimes he would grope me on my chest and my behind and he would joke about it with his friends.” She says the bullying got so bad she dropped out of school.
