Former Student Named as ‘Prime Suspect’ in Teacher's Murder

A former student who was romantically linked to a Pennsylvania teacher was named as the prime suspect in her shooting death. In 2016, cops say Rachael Deltondo was discovered inside a car in a parking lot with 17-year-old Sheldon Jeter Jr. Two years later, Deltondo was shot dead on her parent's driveway. Now, Jeter is being named a prime suspect in Deltondo’s murder by District Attorney David lozier. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
