Former ‘The Apprentice’ Contestant Is Suing President Trump for Defamation

A former ‘Apprentice’ contestant who claims Donald Trump fondled her appeared in court Tuesday. Summer Zervos, who came forward during the presidential campaign to accuse Trump of sexual misconduct, is now suing the president for defamation after he claimed she was lying. “He grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast,” she said in 2016. Lawyers for the president argued the case should be dismissed or put on hold until he is out of office.
