Former Marine and Russian Prisoner Trevor Reed Injured in Ukraine

The State Department says a former U.S. Marine who was released from Russia in a prisoner swap last year has been injured while fighting in Ukraine. Spokesman Vedant Patel says Reed was taken to Germany for medical care. Patel notes that Reed was not acting on behalf of the U.S. government and was injured several weeks ago. Reed’s decision to fight in Ukraine could’ve had dire consequences. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
