Gabby Petito’s Family Files Suit Against Police Department

Gabby Petito's parents filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against the police department in Moab, Utah. Bodycam footage shows the interaction between Petito and two officers days before she was murdered. Cops pulled over the van she and Brian Laundrie were driving after a witness called 911 to report a domestic dispute. The officers concluded that Petito was the aggressor and categorized it as disorderly conduct. They separated the couple for the night but no charges were ever filed.
