Carjacker Steals Vehicle With 14-Month-Old in Back Seat

Heart-stopping video shows a Pennsylvania thief stealing a vehicle with a baby still inside. The drama started as Regina Padilla was dropping her four children at their great-grandmother’s house in Philadelphia. For a few moments left her 14-month-old daughter in the vehicle, in a car seat. That's when the carjacker jumped into the car and took off. Padilla tells Inside Edition's Steven Fabian the carjacker pulled over at the end of the street and fled on foot. Thankfully, her baby was unhurt.
