Months before his untimely death in 2006, James Brown invited Inside Edition’s Les Trent backstage at BB King’s Blues Club in New York City to discuss his legendary career and what excited him. Trent shared what it was like to meet the “Godfather of Soul.” Inside Edition producer Kevin Harry also gave some insight into landing some of Inside Edition's most famous interviews and shared what going on a Caribbean photo shoot with Naomi Campbell and interviewing Aretha Franklin was like.
