Ryan Borgwardt was presumed dead on a kayak trip in Wisconsin. Cops say it was all a ruse to abandon his family and link up with his online girlfriend from Uzbekistan. Now, a video, possibly showing Borgwardt, is surfacing. The video shows a young woman holding a sign saying "ask me for free advice." A cyclist, who many believe is Borgwardt, sees the sign and pulls over. However, a sheriff's spokesman tells Inside Edition, "We do not believe this is Ryan."
