Judge Chuckles at Defendant Tina Peters Before Sentencing Her to 9 Years in Prison

After a jury found a former Colorado county clerk guilty of several crimes including attempting to influence a public servant during the 2020 Presidential Election, she was sentenced to 9 years in prison. And during a contentious exchange between Judge Matthew Barrett and former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, the judge chuckled. Inside Edition Digital has video from inside the courtroom.
