Kathy Griffin Diagnosed With Lung Cancer Even Though She Never Smoked

Kathy Griffin has revealed that she is battling lung cancer. She’s had a rough couple of years and said the news came as a shock to her because she has never smoked. “I'm about to go into surgery to have half of my left lung removed,” the 60-year-old comedian posted on Instagram. About 20% of women diagnosed with lung cancer have never smoked. Fortunately, Griffin’s cancer was caught at stage one.
