Kind Officer Buys Lunch for Homeless Man Walking from Indiana to Florida

A police officer went beyond the call of duty during a welfare check. Lt. Randy Rogers of the Mooresville Police Department in Indiana says he was notified of a person laying on the side of the road, but when he arrived, the man was up and walking.
