Menendez Brothers' Uncle Says They Should Not Be Released

As 24 members of the extended Menendez family call on Erik and Lyle to be set free, one of their uncles says the brothers should be locked up forever. Milton Anderson, whose sister was Kitty Menendez, wants the Los Angeles District Attorney to hear him out. The brothers gunned down their parents in 1989. Erik and Lyle claim they committed the slayings to stop their father's relentless sexual abuse. Prosecutors argued they did it to inherit their $14 million family fortune.
