Missing Sub Passengers Die After ‘Catastrophic’ Implosion
The five men aboard the missing Titanic sub are believed dead. A remote-controlled robot sub discovered a debris field that was later confirmed to be parts of the Titan. In a statement, Oceangate says, "Our hearts are with these five souls and every member of their families during this tragic time." The grim news comes as OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, who died on the submersible, faces criticism for claiming top engineers built the sub.
