Politician Allegedly Destroyed Iowa Satanic Temple Display

A display in the Iowa State Capitol placed by the Satanic Temple was vandalized. The Satanic Temple has had a display erected inside the rotunda of the Iowa State Capitol alongside a Christmas tree and a menorah. The federally recognized religion went through the correct administrative channels to present in the rotunda. Conservative Republican politician, Michael Cassidy, was charged with destroying the Satanic Temple’s display. He just lost his bid for Mississippi’s House District 45.
