Car Owner Chase Off Suspected Catalytic Converter Thief

Donny Buehler caught a power saw-wielding thief under his car trying to steal an expensive catalytic converter. Buehler kicked the thief while he was still under the car. Shortly afterward, the thief was able to flee the scene. A catalytic converter is an expensive $3000 filter system near the exhaust pipe. They're sold on the black market and then melted down for their expensive precious metals such as rhodium.
