These two young professionals are taking a mental health day. They are taking full advantage of the new phenomenon, where you take a day off from work to relieve stress and heal your mind. Major corporations are jumping on board. LinkedIn and Nike are both offering their workers a week to “restup” and power-down. Also, Fidelity Investments provided employees with five additional paid "relief days" to be used for personal needs.
