Morgan Wallen Cancels Show as 40,000 Fans Wait

Update at 9:30 p.m. ET: After our report aired Morgan Wallen posted on Instagram that he is “on doctor-ordered vocal rest” and will need to “reschedule” the shows he was to play this week.
About 40,000 Morgan Wallen fans were packed into a Mississippi stadium when they learned he was canceling his show. In a statement, Wallen says, "It kills me to deliver this so close to showtime, but my voice is shot and I am unable to sing." The news came minutes before he was scheduled to perform. However, a security guard claims Wallen was too drunk to perform. He allegedly needed medical attention and was taken off in an ambulance.
