Missing 11-Year-Old Girl’s Mom and Stepfather Face Charges

The new footage shows missing 11-year-old girl Madalina Cojocari getting off a school bus at 4:59 p.m. on November 21. However, cops say her parents did not report her missing until December 15, nearly 22 days later. Her mother, Diana Cojocari, said she did not notify authorities of her daughter's absence because she was worried it might start a “conflict” between her and her husband. Now, Madalina’s mom and her stepfather were arrested and charged with failure to report a missing child.
