Mountain Lion Cub Hit by Car Gets Rehab

A mountain lion cub is on the mend, after being hit by a car earlier this year. The injured big cat was found by the side of a road in southern California's Orange County. It was brought to a wildlife center run by the San Diego Humane Society. Once there, veterinarians put it under anaesthesia, and were able to give it an exam. They found that the cub had a fractured skull, as well as head and eye trauma and lameness in one of its legs.
