    A police officer is being hailed a hero after his quick thinking saved a newborn baby's life. It began when officers were dispatched to a call of an unresponsive newborn. Officer William Eng was the first to arrive on scene. He pulled up to an apartment and ran up three flights of stairs. He found a mother holding her unresponsive 29-day-old baby, Bella.
