Could this be the most outrageous way to sell a $45 million mansion? Real estate agent Tim Smith took Cali Swag District’s song "Teach Me How to Dougie" and created a spoof called "Teach Me How to Duffy.” The Duffy is an electric boat popular in Newport Beach, California. In the video, kids party at the oceanfront mansion that's for sale and brag about doing “the Duffy” along the harbor. The 14,000-square-foot mansion combines modern sleek luxury with beachside living.
