Remains Found in 1991 Identified as Robert Mullins

Remains found in Ohio more than 30 years ago have finally been identified because of advances in DNA technology. Authorities say 21-year-old Robert Mullins went missing in late 1988 or early 1989. His skeletal remains were found in a shallow grave in Pickaway County in 1991. Investigators are looking at this case as a homicide. They say identifying the victim is helpful for them and the family. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
