‘Early Bird Specials’ Increasingly Popular With Young Diners

The elderly have long been the butt of jokes about early bird dining. But now a younger generation is embracing the early bird special. Working from home has definitely contributed to the shift. Young buddies Brandon Grater and Khalid Khatib say eating early has become so popular, sometimes it’s hard to snag a seat. And Pasquale Jones, a pizza joint in lower Manhattan, is booking tables earlier and earlier.
