Russian Nuclear Chief Killed in Bomb Blast

A surveillance camera captured the moment a Russian general and his deputy were killed in a bombing. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and another man were exiting a building in Moscow when the explosive detonated. The device was reportedly hidden inside an electric scooter. Kirillov was chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, known as RKhBZ. In the aftermath of the incident, Russia announced it would launch a criminal probe.
