Serial Killer David Berkowitz, Known as Son of Sam, Hospitalized: Reports

The convicted serial killer known as the Son of Sam has reportedly been hospitalized. David Berkowitz was taken to a hospital in upstate New York from the maximum security prison where he has been serving a life sentence. Berkowitz committed a string of murders in New York City between 1976 and 1977. He targeted young women and couples in cars at night. He shot 13 people during his reign of terror, and six died.
