Stephen Colbert returned to his hosting duties at “The Late Show” for the first time since his appendix ruptured. His health scare kept him off the air for almost three weeks. In typical Colbert fashion, he found humor in all of it. “I would like to thank my appendix because you giving me blood poisoning helped me lose 14 pounds,” he says. “Ladies and gentlemen you heard it here first, appendicitis is the new Ozempic.”
