A frightening scene unfolded in front of Liverpool Women’s Hospital Monday, as a taxi pulled up in front of it and exploded moments later. Authorities say the driver, whose actions they describe as heroic, was able to escape with only minor injuries. "Work is still ongoing to establish what has happened," Chief Constable Serena Kennedy said.
