Man Charged With Aggravated Assault Over Rampage Incident

A man jumped on the hood of a car during a shocking highway rampage in Texas. Cops say it all started after the suspect intentionally sideswiped several cars on the highway before coming to a stop. He then got out of his vehicle and launched the attack. It happened on a busy Dallas interstate during rush hour. The suspect confronted another man who he ended up stabbing multiple times. The suspect was subdued and identified as Angel Moreno. The 26-year-old was charged with aggravated assault.
