Victims of Toronto Van Attack Honored at Memorial

A memorial was held for victims of the Toronto van attack as witnesses recalled the nightmarish moment when at least 10 people were fatally struck on a busy sidewalk. Attendees at a vigil lit candles and left messages for the victims of the attack. Some of those who turned up were among the ones who helplessly watched as the carnage unfolded in the city.
