There's a new streaming network called DOGTV for your beloved pooch. DOGTV is available in 150 countries all around the world. The most popular shows are dogs with babies, pets playing in the great outdoors, and canines simply taking a snooze. DOGTV helps a shih tzu poodle mix who has separation anxiety when her owners go out. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
