Victims Attacked for Cash Taken Out at Banks in 'Jugging' Trend: Cops

A woman is grabbed, then pushed to the ground by an attacker in the middle of a shopping center. Police say the suspect was targeting her for the wad of cash she just took out from a bank. This type of crime is called “jugging” and police say it’s a growing trend in Houston, Texas. In another recent case, a 74-year-old woman’s purse was snatched.
