4-Year-Old Maleah Davis Commemorated With Bronze Statue

When police confirmed news of Maleah Davis' death, it broke many hearts that had been following her story. The 4-year-old Texas native was found a month after she was last seen alive, her remains stuffed in a black garbage bag along an Arkansas freeway. The story touched Houston-based artist Shirley Scarpetta, who felt the need to commemorate the little girl in a big way.
