Deadly Brawl Breaks Out During Middle School Basketball Game

A brawl during a Vermont middle school basketball game turned deadly. After the brawl, 60-year-old grandfather Russell Giroux got into his car to drive home. State police say he suffered a medical emergency. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. A family spokesman tells Inside Edition, "Russell was not engaging in any fight, he was trying to keep his family safe from the fighting." School officials say they aren't even sure why it started.
